This article written on November 6th on The Economist explains how important firms as British Airways or Virgin Atlantic are being avoid by negative opinions that have been posted in social networks such as Facebook or Myspace, that are taking part in our live nowadays.
In that internet forums people have joked about the "smelly" of some passengers.Airline companies have discovered its employees post only when that ones complain.
Employees have to sign a policy in which they can not provide information about the firm if there is no authorisation,but they have to do more to communicate that message.
