This article from the Economist print edition talks about the disadvantages of several blogs, such as Facebook
or MySpace for some companies like British Airways. The disadvantages it talks about are: the bad comments these companies' crew are making of the airlines they are working for.

It also mentions that, some of these companies need more rules about what their employees comment or about the information they are posting on the Internet in order not to give their clients the impression that, even their own employees, think that the product they are selling, or the service they are lending is not good enough.Moreover, this article says that not only the companies should have more rules about what their employees say, but also they should wonder why their employees are saying bad things of their own company.
