The text is based on the problems that appears with the rising of social networks such as Facebook or My Space. Many airlinesĀ“s employees are members of this networks and use them sometimes to post offensive comments about passengers that have used the airlines. Knowing the problem, airlines make their employees sign policies. In them, the firm try to avoid the use of the social networks against the airline or their clients.
