This article talks us about possible damages of social networks such as Facebook, and Myspace.

Two important airlines companies, like British Airways and Virgin Atlantic used them trying to increase their benefits. However, they have discovered that some of their employees were using social networks joking about their planes, and describing customers using pejorative words.
This is why passengers complained about this and consequently those companies knew about the problem.
Some of the employees were fired for having posted comments in social networks.
In conclusion, companies need to prevent this type of problems in order to avoid polemics.
