It informs us that although its a good method to get to people it could also damage publicity,as it happened in the companies British airways and Virgin Atlantic who discovered that 13 of its cabin crew had posted derogatory comments about some of its passengers and its safety standards.These people where fired,but it may not be enough to educate staff.The companies say that they have taken the measures so that this doesnt happen again.
Specialists say that everything that is posted online its always amplified by these services.To finish the conclusion is that managers need to take care closely about online activity so that rules are respected,is better to prevent than to cure,since Virgin Atlantic discovered its employees posts only once the passengers complained.
