Some social networks such as Facebook, Myspace…are getting more and more used nowadays.
They have some advantages like increasing the number of clients or making the firm more known because of the publicity it gives, but in some cases disadvantages could appear when bad comments are publied online.
This text gives us some examples such as the case of Virgen Atlantic and British airways. Members of the first one joked about customers online and that made clients change their vision of the firm.
They should get to the heard of the matter to find out whose the fault is, maybe enterprices should educate their members to avoid this situation.
